- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
- Tracking details will be included on your orders status page as well as in the shipping email we send you.
We are taking the situation of COVID-19 very seriously and monitoring how the dynamic situation changes from hour to hour. Our main priority is the health and safety of others and does our part in containing the virus.
Right now, amid COVID-19, all of our warehouses are taking the necessary precautions to operate safely and reliably. Orders shipping to Cities placed on lockdown in the coming days may have a delay in shipping depending on extenuating circumstances. For Cities that are currently in quarantine, our shipping partners have assured that deliveries are still being made but proper precautions are being taken. Package signatures will no longer be an option to protect everyone from COVID-19 exposure.
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Normal transit times within the US are 5-10 Business Days. Orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days and Express delivery options are currently not available. Some purchases may be delivered separately, due to being held at different warehouses.

2. How much is shipping?
All orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping within the US. Shipping costs for orders under $50 are just $5.95. Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you may track your order by signing into your My Account, the details will be included on your order status page. Also tracking numbers will be emailed when your package is processed and shipped. Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order status to update.
4. What shipping method do you use?
We rely on a network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.
5. Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?
We are a Texas-based company operating with partner fulfillment centers in Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA, and international locations. We currently only ship within the United States but stay tuned for future expansion.
